Clara Lucía Valderrama Arzayús, Nutritionist and dietician, graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, with postgraduate studies in Administration at Universidad Santo Tomás. Clara is an active member of the Colombian Nutritionist and Dieticians Association (ACODIN) and the Colombian Gastronomy Association (ACG). She has extensive previous experience working with several direct selling companies where she served as Nutrition Product Line Advisor and speaker for product positioning, training in nutrition, dietetics and gastronomy, among others.
Clara currently works as an advisor for Herbalife, creating quality content and sharing her extensive experience during stage trainings for Independent Distributors at a variety of events, including Leadership Development Weekends, STS, Presidents’ Tours in Colombia, Nutrition Clubs Tours in Ecuador and as a media speaker in Costa Rica.
Besides her training initiatives, Clara has experience in working with the local media (radio stations, television networks and printed media) where she promotes the message of good nutrition among the country. She also works with the social responsibility team with all the sponsorships initiatives and has constant meetings with the medical community and the local nutritionists’ associations. Clara regularly attends scientific forums, congresses, seminars and medical meetings of high national recognition.
